Angelo Provasoli is Professor emeritus of Business Administration and, previously, rector and full professor of Quantitative Business Methodologies and Determinants at Bocconi University.
He has decades of experience in the areas of professional consulting to banks, insurances, companies undergoing complex M&A and extraordinary finance operations, litigation, valuation of businesses, ex-lege opinions, accounting issues under the IAS-IFRS and OIC accounting standards and financial restructuring.
He held important roles in national and international companies and institutions, actively participating in their governance and control bodies (Member of the Supervisory Board of Efrag – European Financial Reporting Advisory Group; Member of the permanent global advisory and guarantee committee for the privatization instituted by the Ministry of Economy and Finance; President of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Bank of Italy; President of RCS Media Group; President of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Cassa Depositi Prestiti; President of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Fondo Strategico Italiano SGR).
Currently, he is President of the Javotte Bocconi Manca Institute of Villahermosa – Association “Amici della Bocconi”; Board member of Bracco S.p.A.; Member of the Committee for the Corporate Governance of Listed Companies.

Gold Medal for Civic Merit (Ambrogino d’Oro) awarded by the Municipality of Milan in 2007.
