Chartered Accountant and Auditor, Piero joined Wepartner in 2013 and is currently co-head of the financial advisory team, assisting clients in M&A transactions, debt & capital advisory as well as restructuring.
Before joining Wepartner, from 2008 to 2012 he worked in the Investment Banking division of J.P. Morgan in the Italian M&A team before joining the Consumer and Retail team, where he participated to several M&A, IPO and LBO transactions.
Piero graduated with honors in 2006 in Business Administration from Bocconi University and in 2008 he obtained his MSc in Finance with honors from Bocconi University. He currently is non-executive board member of Casa della Salute.
