Paola has over 30 years of experience in professional consulting in the areas valuation of businesses and financial instruments, technical support in civil and criminal proceedings, interpretation of IAS/IFRS and OIC accounting standards.
She qualified as Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Paola is a member of the Boards of Directors, Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Boards of private and public companies, active in different sectors (such as, De Longhi S.p.A., Cairo Communication S.p.A., IMMSI S.p.A., LU-VE S.p.A. and Clessidra SGR S.p.A).
She is adjunct professor in Business Administration at IULM University.
Paola graduated with honors in Business Administration from Bocconi University in 1989.
