Michele Preda has vast experience in professional consulting in the areas of strategic planning, management consulting, M&A and complex and non-recurring operations.
He was professor of Business Administration & Financial institutions at Bocconi University.
Since 1988, he held different roles in major Italian companies, such as Director of Corporate Finance of Gemina Spa (1989-1994), General Director and member of the Board of Directors of Coin Group (1995-1997), board member and member of the Executive Committee of Mediaset (1997-2000), CEO of Albacom (2000-2004), vice-president and CEO of Marazzi Group Spa – of which he followed the IPO – and president of Fiocchi Group.
