Massimiliano Nova carries out activities of professional consulting and financial advisory, focusing on valuation, M&A, complex and non-recurring finance operations, accounting, litigation and restructuring.
He is full professor of Business Administration at the University of Valle d’Aosta and adjunct professor at SDA Bocconi.
He is Chartered Accountant and Auditor and consultant of private and public companies operating in the banking, insurance, energy, fashion, luxury industries. He is statutory auditor in various companies such as Allianz, Allianz Bank Financial Advisors, CreditRas Vita, Siram, Diners Club Italia, REV Gestione Crediti. The Bank of Italy nominated him as a member of the Supervisory Committees of some banks taken under special administration.
