Manuel has over 10 years of experience in professional consulting in the areas of valuation of businesses, assets and financial instruments, litigation, national and international accounting standards. He prepares and certifies business plans, as well.
Manuel qualified as Chartered Accountant and Auditor and is adjunct professor of Financial Accounting at Bocconi University. He is a member of public and private companies’ Boards of Statutory Auditors. Moreover, he is author of specialized articles on accounting and valuation.
Manuel graduated with honors in Law and Business Administration from Bocconi University and he recently he recently obtained the Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management.
