For over 10 years, Cesare has been carrying out activities in the areas of valuation of businesses, intangible assets and financial instruments, litigation support, application of national and international accounting standards, debt restructuring and extraordinary finance operations.
Cesare qualified as Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Since 2012 he has been adjunct professor of Financial Accounting at Bocconi University and he has been lecturing on accounting and business crises in graduate, post-graduate programs and training courses of the ODCEC of Milan.
Cesare graduated with honors in Law and Business Administration from Bocconi University and he holds a Master in Company Tax Law from the same University.
