Carlo Salvato

Carlo Salvato is an expert in family business, even in an international context. He supports the clients in the areas of generational handover, family and corporate governance, development of the NextGen (motivation, positioning, entry into the company), business strategy and management of the business leaders’ team.

He is full professor of Business Administration at Bocconi University.

He graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University and he obtained his PhD in Management from Bocconi University, as well. Additionally, he holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship & Management obtained at Jönköping International Business School, in Sweden. He is Vice-President of the Family Firm Institute (through which he organizes training courses for consultants and advisors of family businesses) and he is a former Associate Editor of the Family Business Review.
