Andrea has over 20 years of experience in management consulting mainly in the areas of strategic planning, redefinition of organizational structures, M&A and extraordinary finance operations. He also focuses on interim management activities at client companies with management and coordination roles. In the Family Business Consulting area, he deals with proprietary and corporate reorganization, corporate governance and strategic planning.
He is in the Board of Directors of some companies.
Andrea holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Padua and a MSc in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Trieste. He holds a Master in Small Businesses Administration from SDA Bocconi.
