He carries out consultancy activities on accounting, strategic and financial restructuring, extraordinary finance operations, valuations. He gives technical advice in judicial and arbitration proceedings and before the Competition and Market Authority.
Chartered Accountant, Auditor and Consultant of the Court of Milan, he is an expert in business valuation and arbitrations. He has been / is administrator, statutory auditor, or member of Supervisory Boards of several companies, such as Amplifon, Italtel, Snai, Menarini, Zucchi, Risanamento and Esselunga.
