Partners assists in the transaction just concluded by Moncler for the acquisition of Sportswear Company S.p.A., which owns Stone Island brand. The boutique conducted an evaluation of Sportswear’s capital, in line with Moncler’s capital increase envisaged as part of the operation. Partner’s team was led by Pietro Mazzola and it consisted of Maria Gimigliano, Isidoro La Sala, Marilisa Messana, Davide Giovannini and Sante De Pinto.
With the founding-partners Angelo Provasoli and Massimiliano Nova, Partners assisted CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti in the valuation and consolidation processes of specific assets for the underwriting of the 2020 consolidated financial statements. The operation is part of “Progetto Italia”, a consolidation process of the construction industry started by Webuild in 2019. Massimiliano Nova led a team of Partners, consisting of Manuel Menis, Cesare Spadacini and Luca Giacani, that supported Sirap Gema in the transfer of a business unit, functional in the context of its sale to the Danish company Faerch Group from Italmobiliare SpA.
