Lorenzo Pozza is a professional consultant in the areas of IAS/IFRS and OIC accounting standards, valuation of businesses and assets, complex and non-recurring operations and litigation support.
He is full professor of Business Administration at Bocconi University and professor of Financial Accounting. He was course director of both the Master in Law and Business Administration and the Master in Accounting, Auditing and Control.
Chartered Accountant and Auditor, he has been non-executive director and statutory auditor of public companies (Amplifon, Assicurazioni Generali, Damiani, Gas Plus, Edison, Telecom Italia, Terna) and private ones (Bracco, H3G, Ariston Thermo, Merloni Holding, Houlihah Lockey). The Bank of Italy nominated him as a member of the Supervisory Committees of some banks taken under special administration.
